The AcuGraph European Reseller Network allows for completely free and transparent trade for our partners to our entire distribution area which includes the following countries;

Albania, Andorra, Austria, Armenia, Azerbaijan,Belgium, Bosnia and Herzegovina, Bulgaria, Croatia, Cyprus, Czech Republic, Denmark, Estonia, Faroe Islands, Finland, France, Georgia, Germany, Gibraltar, Greece, Guernsey, Hungary, Iceland, Ireland, Isle of Man, Israel, Italy, Jersey, Latvia, Liechtenstein, Lithuania, Luxembourg, Macedonia, Malta, Monaco, Montenegro, Netherlands, Norway, Poland, Portugal, Romania, San Marino, Serbia, Slovakia, Slovenia, Spain, Sweden, Switzerland, Turkey, United Kingdom, Vatican City

Resellers may trade freely into these countries without restriction. Trade to outside these countries is Strictly Prohibited as it would be in breach of our defined territories as per distribution agreement.

The purpose of the AcuGraph European Reseller Network is to establish a recognisable and trusted European Brand Name that is synonymous with providing products of the Highest Quality to Professional Practitioners and consumers alike. To achieve this we need a truly European approach. Therefore to have Reseller Partners across Europe who are focused on delivering the highest quality range of products to professional practitioners will firmly position AcuGraph as a brand that is synonymous with quality of the highest level.

 
3.    Qualifications

Resellerl Partner’s must demonstrate the ability to effectively reach and market to their entire territory. It is expected that Reseller Partner’s will be established businesses or entrepreneurs in a similar field with the proven ability to make sales and provide excellent customer service. Resellerl Partner’s must speak the native language(s) of the territory and be familiar with local business customs and practice. They must also be capable of providing front line technical support to customers and adding staff to meet business demands. AcuGraph Europe will provide comprehensive support services to support the Reseller Partners.

4.    What we are doing!

The purpose of the AcuGraph European Reseller Network is to provide a local point of contact that is familiar with the language and customs of the local customers. This helps customers feel more comfortable with their purchases and receive better customer service. Reseller Partners responsibilities therefore include marketing, sales, customer service, order management, technical support, and serving as a local point of contact for AcuGraph Europe.

5.    Why we are doing it!

Given the diversity of languages and cultures that exists in Europe we believe that the people best placed to provide the best quality sales and support are the people in those countries. We know we have a great product range and we have proven there is a demand across Europe. To drive our sales forward we realise that employing a Telesales force to market into Europe is not the answer. Having real people on the ground who know their country is. Therefore we are expanding the AcuGraph reach into every country in Europe.
